PRODUCTION
CYCLE
Wool, synthetic, fibres and tops are dyed by using the most modern methods in
advanced systems. Bright and permanent colours are applied successfully.
Top bands are subjected to the process of mixing and cleaning in a pulling
and combining unit. The wool and the mixture of woolen bands are made thin in
finisor machines in preparation to be spined and to be yarned. The yarn which
is manufactured in ring machines is cleaned and changed into bobbins in
machines called savio, the most advanced machines in the world. The folded
yarn is ready for cloth production after being twisted in machines utilizing
the "two for one" system. The yarn, now is ready for cloth
production is sent to the looms without shuttle which has complete electronic
control system and high revolution. The cloth is woven, and then after dose
control, classified and taken into the finishing process with highest
technology.
After these processes, a variety of 100% wool, wool/terylen, summerclothing,
winter clothing and seasonal are presented in domestic and foreign markets.
